The house has a comfortable Lounge (with TV/Blu-ray), Dining Room, Large Kitchen which includes modern fridge / freezer, washing machine & dishwasher. The Bathroom was refurbished last year and at the back of the house there is a good sized Garden with table/chairs, BBQ and shed. We have fast, unlimited broadband.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, draws, plenty of shelf storage and a TV bracket on the wall.

Property is in an ideal location for non drivers - train station, buses, large supermarket & park within a few minutes walk. Reading Town Centre is a 20 minute walk away. Unfortunately a permanent parking permit is not possible, however visitors can park on the street.

The Current tenants are 2 friendly, easy-going male professionals.
