Short-term let - Double room on Foxhill Road

I have a double room available in a shared 3 bedroom house on Foxhill Road, available immediately (but move in date is negotiable) until 31st July. Sharing with two professional females, late 20s.

Rent is £300 per month (excluding bills) (we would work it out pro rata depending on how long you stay) and I'm sure the current tenants would take care of the bills and let you know how much you need to put in (rather than putting your name on agreements etc).

The Double room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk and chair and has floor to ceiling built in shelving. The house is very well decorated, with a lovely Victorian feel - exposed floor boards, double glazed traditional sash windows - and has central heating. There is unrestricted parking on the road which is free (i. e. no permit needed).

I manage the rental of this house myself and live just a few roads away, so am close by if needed and do my very best to make sure the house is well looked after for my tenants. I am a registered member of The Deposit Protection Scheme, a government authorised body for protection of tenants’ deposits.
