My housemate is moving out so I have a lovely double room available from 20th September 2016.

Cosy, modern, two bedroom house in East Reading, right on the Kennet river. Rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax, all utilities, broadband and Sky+ with all channels in lounge and bedrooms

0ff road parking available. Walking distance from shops, pubs, gym, town centre, train station and the Thames.

I am a teacher at a secondary school in Reading. Spend my free time at the gym, reading, watching films or socialising with friends. Non smoker, friendly and very laid back. Looking for a professional, clean, easy going male or female housemate.

Although my girlfriend is not an official resident of the house, she essentially lives with me and you would be more than welcome to have your partner/spouse over as much as you like. We have lived with a couple for the past year and it has worked well.

Please note that my contract runs out on January 15th 2017 and my girlfriend and I will be looking to move out. At this stage you are more than welcome to find a buddy to move in and sign a new contract.
