Large Double Room in Spacious Modern House

I have a large double room to let in my modern, clean and tidy 3 double bedroom house just off M4 J11. The house is surprisingly spacious with a down stairs cloakroom, living room and a large kitchen / diner (all downstairs rooms are communal).

There's driveway parking and free off road parking. The house is also situated on main bus routes(s) into Reading town centre (bus stop being a two minute walk).

I have a cleaner and good broadband \ wifi connection (virgin).

It's not a young party house and also no couples or pets live here.

It's a happy house, with a friendly and social atmosphere. I'm a live in landlady (aged 45) and Alice (aged 24) has been renting one of my sparerooms for over two years now. We're very easy going and I would want you to feel relaxed, happy and to enjoy living in your new home.

The room for rent measures 4m x 3. 2m and has a king size bed, bed side cabinets, chest of draws and two double wardrobes (so lots of storage).

I'm looking for a male to move in, to make a good mix in the house (and also for lifting heavy objects and removing spiders from time to time ;-))
