We have a light, comfortable, double room with French doors out onto the private rear garden available in an established, freindly house share in a superb location in Southcote. The house is finished to a high standard, is fully furnished and equipped with new kitchen, appliances, flooring and furniture. There is also a lovely, private rear garden and off road parking for 4 cars to the front.

Rooms are immaculate, comfortable and are fully furnished with orthopaedic mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers. All have Freeview HD TV and Ethernet points, as well as access to super fast 150Mb Virgin broadband WiFi throughout the house. The room shares a bathroom with just one other and high-pressure hot water is available 24/7.

The large, fully equipped brand new kitchen has 2 hobs/ovens, 2 large fridge freezers, dishwasher, microwave etc and leads onto a private patio and garden area, which has new garden furniture, BBQ, rotary dryer and a secure shed/bike store. The spacious and sociable lounge/dining room has a large, wall mounted, flat screen TV, Smart Blu-Ray player and 2 comfy sofas - the perfect place for kicking back & relaxing together after work.

Our current tenants are a great bunch, all working professionals aged from mid 20's to early 30s and working in IT, Utilities, Retail and Engineering. The house would suit someone similar, who is looking for a friendly, sociable, spacious place to call home, either working in Reading or commuting to the surrounding areas.

The all-inclusive rent covers all bills (council tax, TV license, utilities, broadband, etc.) as well as a gardener and weekly cleaner for all the communal areas. A dedicated property manager looks after all queries and maintenance issues. Laundry facilities are also provided for use at really reasonable rates (approx. £2 for a typical wash).

Our fees are much lower than most professional letting services: just £30 on moving in and £50 on moving out.

The location is a safe, quiet residential close, handy for shops, amenities and within easy reach of all the main business centres and the M4.
