- 10min drive to M4 (J11). 15min drive for M3 (J3) access.
- Hilton hotel within 2min walk, with gym and pool.
- 5 min drive to Green park
Room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and large chest of drawers.
Flat is fully furnished and has all required kitchen appliances and washing machine. Secure underground parking (for 1 person) available, plus 1 visitor parking permit.
Rent is inclusive of all utility bills, TV license and council tax.
Looking for someone who is a non-smoker, easy going, sociable and is equally at ease chilling in front of the TV or out in the evenings for a drink or 2. My only main requirement is that you are clean, tidy and treat the property as if it were your own:).
The 2nd room in the flat is currently occupied by another female tenant.
