A charming fully furnished double bedroom in a private terraced house in a very quiet street close to the town centre with local amenities and a good pub. The room is a lovely, clean, homely, comfortable double bedroom with separate bathroom.
I am looking for an easy going, tidy and considerate professional to rent the room for either a short term let, or Monday to Friday only. I do have a cleaner to keep on top of the general housekeeping.
The rent includes: utility bills, council tax, wireless broadband, tv license, water and weekly cleaner.
