We have 2 rooms to let in a quiet area in Lower Early. One of them is a single room and the other one is double, both very spacious. The house is big with 5 different rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom. There is a lovely garden, garage that we use mainly for storage and off road parking.
Beside the rent and deposit both room require another £120 that represents the agency fee for reference and credit check.
At the moment there is 3 of us, all europeans, thus we would like to welcome 2 other europeans in our house.
