You would be able to obtain a one year permit from the council for a small charge of £40. I can also arrange off-road parking in a private car park at the end of my road.

The average rent for a room in a house in this area (sharing with 4 -6 others) is £600.. I am offering a lot of space and privacy for litle more.

In order not to waste your time, I must confess that the photographs shown in my ad are from 5 years ago and the entire house now requires some redecorating and refurbishment. I am currently redecorating the rooms I have available for rent, but I will not be redecorating or refurbishing the rest of the house until early summer when the weather improves., At that time, I intend having all windows, and the front and back doors replaced. I will also be installing a new kitchen. The house will then be redecorated throughout. If you want space, are not looking for polished perfection and can tolerate some rough edges for a few months, then this could be for you..

I am willing to accept well behaved non-destructive dogs or cats.

Smoking in the garden is permitted. If you want to smoke in your lounge, then that will only be permitted if you are willing to accept and sign an agreement that the deposit will not be returned to you when you move out. The deposit will be used to clean and redecorate the rooms. to remove odours.
