Double room in nice, clean, friendly house,

It really is a shame I can only put 5 pictures up as the house is very nice. The room is a reasonable size double (10ft x 10ft) with everything in great condition, including bright decor with blackout blinds, double bed with storage, comfortable mattress, new 32" Smart TV with virgin HD (XL package) all included in the rent. Additional upgrades can be discussed upon request. The room has a lot of natural light and dimmer drop lights and the blackout blinds really keep it nice and dark when a lie in is in need. All bills and a regular professional clean of the shared household areas included in rent. The property has 1 allocated off street parking and 1 on street parking permit.
Kitchen has integrated appliances including dishwasher, lovely granite worktop, double oven, plus a large modern microwave oven, good range of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. The table you see in the living room on the pictures changes height and folds out to convert into an 8 seat dinning table for social evenings. The pictures show the table in full size. It reduces to a nice size coffee table for normal days. I am only looking for young professionals. Must be like minded people as I want a friendly comfortable place to live for everybody. I try my best to be a good landlord and will choose who moves in based on best fit and current tenants opinions, which means my tenants stay comfortable and happy which means a lot to me.
