I have a single room to rent in a 2 bedroom flat in Reading. The flat is light and airy with a contemporary feel. The single room has it's own bed and bedding can be provided. There is a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Use of the bathroom / lounge and kitchen are shared. I am clean and tidy and will expect the same of a new flatmate.
The flat has Wi-Fi connection, Central Heating, Double Glazing and all bills will be included.
The flat has easy access to the A329m/ M4/ A4/ Thames Valley Business Park/ The Hospital and Thames Valley University. Town and the train station are apx 15 minutes walk away. There is also a bus stop and local taxi company on Kings Road not far from where I live. Local shops consist of a Co-Op, Newsagents, Pharmacy, Post Office and various Take away establishments. The most local pub is The Abbott Cook.
I am looking for a Mon-Fri professional tenant.
Must love cats! I have two adorable 6 month old kittens. They are very friendly and sociable.
