I have a lovely large furnished double room with good storage space available to rent immediately. This is for one person Mon-Fri let only in a spacious three bedroom house.
I'm looking for a friendly male or female professional who needs the room during the week only.
You'll be sharing the house with me, including the kitchen, lounge and bathroom. I'm a easygoing 39 year old female more than happy to share your company but won't be offended if you prefer to spend time in your room. I'm a smoker but never in the house only outside in garden with doors closed.
I like a clean and tidy house so would like someone housetrained :)
There's Sky TV in the shared lounge and wireless broadband available.
One shared bathroom with bath and shower. Washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen.
There's also a garden which is quiet and private ideal for relaxing.
The house is just off the Oxford Road and 7 mins walk from Reading West train station.
There's a bus stop 2 mins from the house which gives access to the 15, 16 and 17 routes and takes approx 10 mins to Reading station.
Off street parking also available using permits if required.
