The property has two beds with an additional room used as a study. The room available is a double room. Currently the room has a wardrobe in it, a double bed can be added if required for no extra charge. The tenant will have shared use of the bathroom, study, kitchen, lounge and garden. The tenant will also be able to park a car on the driveway. The price includes all utilities as well as a bi-weekly cleaner, Sky plus HD and 30 Mb broadband.
I own the property with a friend. We both live in the property at present and I will be moving out in September. The start of the tenancy is slightly flexible i. e. You can move in any date in September.
The property is in a great location, it's well connected to the m4, a 15 minute drive into Reading town centre, 200m to the nearest bus stop and a short walk to the local supermarket.
