Located in a quiet residential part of Reading, this detached house is within a short walk of The University of Reading.

This light and pleasant single room contains a comfy bed, draw space, desk, wardrobe and overlooks a lovely landscaped garden.

The house has all modem amenities including, dishwasher, tumble dryer, 2 bathrooms (complete with power showers), broadband, Sky and ample off street parking.

All bills are included and we also have a cleaner and gardener.

There are currently 3 male young professionals living in the house, working in marketing, academic research and hospitality.

We’re looking for a mature or postgraduate student, who wants to live in a quiet, friendly and laid back household. A non smoker would be preferred.

For continuity, we'd like someone to move in for at least 4-6 months, possibly a bit longer.
