1 double bedroom available from the 1st September 2014. The room is part of a 2 bedroom flat which is well maintained, tastefully decorated and furnished.
The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, 2 chest of draws and bed side table. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, opposite the bedroom mainly used by you as other room has en-suite.

The flat has washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, dish washer, table and chairs, TV, corner sofa etc.

You will be sharing the flat with myself, the owner.
Ideally looking for young professional similar to myself, who is clean and tidy and of a similar age (23) as well as someone who is like minded and easy going - would like to meet before accepting the tenant.

The flat is in the Luscinia View complex which is a 10 minute walk from the station and town centre located by a park and the River Thames.
It is next door to a large 24 hour Tesco making shopping very convenient. There is possible parking available on site for an additional fee or a parking arrangement with the next door Tesco.

Rent is £500 per calendar month and bills are approximately £150 per calendar month on top. Bills cover water, electricity, council tax, sky TV and internet. We would need a deposit of £500 paid upfront and the first months rent paid on move in date.
