Lovely Two Bedroom House in Brillant Location

Hey,

I'm seeking a housemate in my lovely house in Reading as my current housemate is moving to Scotland with her boyfriend. The house is available from mid - October.

I have been living in the house a year and absolutely love it. It is very handy to everything - 5 minutes from town, 2 mins from the train station. Also 2 minutes away from PUREGYM, which is really good for reducing excuses (especially when you have to walk past it to get home!!)

The house and room are a good size with a garden to the back which is good for BBQs in the summer :)

The rent includes all bills and never comes to any extra.

A bit about me - I am from Northern Ireland, been living in Reading for two years ( and London a year and a half before that). I work as a paralegal, basically 9 - 5 hours. In the evenings, I generally like to either crash in front of the tv or on more active days - go to the gym, play badminton. Also like meeting friends for dinner/the occasional drink or two ;)

I am away at weekends quite often, either staying in my boyfriends or visiting friends in London.

I am pretty easygoing and get on with most people. I would like a housemate who is similarly friendly and outgoing. Let me know if that is you :)
