Single Room To Rent 01.11.14> Onwards

My boyfriend and I are looking to rent our spare room from the 1st of November 2014.

We live in a great central location within Reading- walking/ cycle distance to the city centre and rail station for London commuting.

We have only lived in the house for a few months and are incredibly relaxed professionals- both working full time with Reading/ London locations. We are looking for some additional income to help with home improvements and are looking to rent the room indefinitely.

We have 2 very small dogs so anyone interested must be happy with this! Any additional pets to the household are welcome! We have a downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with 3 bedrooms up stairs- front, middle and back. We are renting the back room overlooking the garden. We are in the process of having a new kitchen put in, hence the room not being available until November, but facilities will include wifi, kitchen and bathroom with usual mod-cons, bike storage and rear garden. On street parking is available at the property.

The room can be taken furnished or unfurnished dependent upon tenant needs.

Any persons interested will have to pay a month’s rent in advance and a month’s rent for deposit purposes which will be returned when vacating the room. We are flexible as to how long the stay is; although a minimum of at least 2 months is required (1 month may be negotiated).
