I have a spare double room that will be free from the 30th June, in my flat. Its not en-suite but the flat has two bathrooms and its only a two bed flat.
The flat is on Kennet Island (Reading) and I'm afraid I've already nabbed the allocated parking space. There is visitor parking but if you have a car its may not be ideal.
I'm relatively new to this whole landlord bit. I've had three lodgers so far and I've enjoyed having someone else in the flat (and extra money to continue my path to civilisation).
I'm aiming for about £500 pcm rent and preferably a relatively sociable lodger.
I should probably warn that at this stage I'll be asking around people I know first, but I thought I ought to get the process started on here.
