Comfortable double room in modern 2 bed house

I am looking for a housemate who is friendly and sociable. I'm often pretty busy with my work, seeing friends or going to the gym but it would nice to get to know each other a bit. I would be happy to sometimes have a chat or watch TV over a cup of tea or glass of wine in the evening. However, I would need it to be quiet late at night as I'm a teacher and have to be up for work in the mornings so staying here wouldn't suit anyone who works late shifts. I'm pretty laid back but I do like to keep my house clean and tidy.

The room is in a 2 bedroom house on a quiet road with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car there will usually be a space opposite the house. If you don't drive, there are local supermarkets which are a 5 minute walk away and the house is on a bus route which runs to town every 10 mins. It is very convenient for the motorway (junction 11) and Green Park business park.

There is a shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Wifi and all bills (apart from any phone calls) are included in the rent. The first month's rent and deposit would need to be paid upfront when you move in.

The room comes with a double bed (which has 4 drawers underneath for storage) a desk and wardrobe.

I have a cat so you must like animals.
