The room available is a great sized double, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, 3 drawer chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. There is plenty of room for additional furniture such as a desk or another storage cabinet.

This property is set at the end of a path with just 2 houses in it, really safe and quiet. It is literally 5 minutes walk to the Oracle, very close to Royal Berkshire Hospital as well as the train station and Green Park Business Park.

The house was recently decorated with new carpets throughout. It has a large kitchen, separate lounge with gas central heating, and a small patio/decking area outside which is a real suntrap.

The house is located off Sherman Road (down a gated gap between nos. 5 and 7) in Sherman Place.

We are looking for friendly sociable individual to join the household. The guys all work in the local area, working in 9-5 roles.

Unlimited virgin fibre broadband and Virgin TiVO are included in the price, as well as all other bills including a gardener and cleaner.

The kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, washing machine, American fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with utensils, pans and crockery. There is a door to the patio and decking area from the kitchen which is not overlooked... don't worry there is a regular gardener included to keep the area tidy!
