Huge double in central, tidy, friendly house

This IS a managed property through an agent I use, but you will NOT be charged anything extra for signing contracts, background searches etc. I absorb these costs as a landlord. The room is a luxurious very large double (18/13 foot), very bright with large double glazed windows but has blackout curtains and blinds to keep it nice and dark when a lie in is in need. The room has a high quality very comfortable bed, new 32" HD TV with virgin media (XL package) and an incredible amount of built in storage.

There is a decent sized living/dining room with virgin media and TiVo box also with virgin's XL package. The coffee table you see in the living room is a high quality piece of furniture and changes height and folds out to convert into an 8 seat dining table for social evenings and meals. The picture shows the table in the folded coffee table formation.

There is also off street parking and all bills and a regular cleaner for the shared household areas are included in the monthly rent.

The Kitchen has a good range of integrated appliances including a dishwasher, double oven and grill, large microwave oven, lovely granite worktop, good range of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and storage.

I am only looking for professionals. No unemployed. Must be like minded people as I want a friendly comfortable place to live for everybody.
