Double room in central Reading, sociable house

Hello, we have available 1 Double room in a very sociable 4 bed house of young professionals currently 2 girls and 1 guy. Looking for either a girl or a guy to replace one of our number who is sadly leaving us. Please don't reply to this ad if you're not looking to join a sociable house where housemates often cook, socialise and holiday together.

The room available is a great size room in the second floor of the house. The room is £370 plus bills of £90 per month which we sort out ourselves and includes everything. The deposit is a month and a half's rent.

The house includes 2 bathrooms, a recently refurbished large kitchen, lounge with BT TV/BT Sport/internet/Netflix and biggish backyard/garden. We're 5 mins from the city centre and less than 10 minute walk to the train station. All housemates are young professionals, that like sport, going out socialising, BBQs, watching tv, movies etc.
