2 people only/ big house /near ORACLE- Double room

Hello, I am searching for a new person (preferably a female) to share the house with as my current housemate is moving out end February beginning March to start a new job in London.

The house is gorgeous and very spacious, bright with a garden and a garage. There is a large shared bathroom with a bath and separate shower, huge kitchen, living room, dining room and conservatory. I am the only other tenant and the rent includes all bills and council tax.

I am a friendly french professional girl, clean, independent, respectful and quiet. I like my own space but I also like sharing a meal or going out for a drink or cinema sometimes, or simply catching up with my flatmate when I go back at home. I love travelling, cooking, dance and going to the cinema.
Sorry this is not a party house. But we do like to organise diner with friends or barbecue in summer :)

I need to tell my landlord as soon as possible if I stay there or move out (if I can't find another person...) so don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you are interested ! :) :) :)

Just to let you know, there is agency fee for checking reference and making new contract of 140£ and a deposit
