I am planning on moving out of this house after 1. 5years and looking for someone to take over for the next 6 months of the contract. Depending on the plans of the other housemates, the contract could be renewed after 6 months.
The room for rent is a double room on the first floor of a modern townhouse. Included is the exclusive use of the adjacent toilet and a further single room. I currently use it as a study but it can also be used as dressing room if you wanted.
The rest of the house includes a built in garage, large kitchen, downstair toilet, large lounge and family bathroom shared with 1 other housemate.
The other housemates are active and sociable and are looking for someone similar. You must be clean and tidy as this is a home rather just a house share.
