Spacious double bedroom right in the centre of Reading. We are surrounded by cafes, shops and bars, about a 5 minute walk to the Train station and have numerous bus stops pretty much right outside the front door.

The property was an old, grand victorian house, but has now been converted into three flats (we are on the first floor) The bedroom has a large sash window, with a blackout blind.

You will have you own bathroom/shower room and access to the kitchen, which has an electric hob, oven, grill, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.

We don't have a TV, but you are more than welcome to one in your room, but you will need to apply for a tv licence.

All bills (water, electric, broadband and service charge for the flats) are included.

We are a couple, and moved into our flat 2 years ago, since then we have updated it, decorated it and loved and cared for it! It is a cosy, clean, bright and homely space.

We are moving to Vietnam in December for 7 months. We would ideally like someone to take the room from December 2016 until August / September 2017. This is negotiable for the right candidate. (e. g move in date could be brought forward etc.)
We are open to having couples, the room and wardrobes are certainly large enough for two people!

Rate for singles is £600.00pcm
Rate for couples is £700.00pcm

Deposit is one months rent.

Parking is available (apply for resident parking permit)
No smokers, pets or children please :)
