The house has 5 bedrooms, two in the loft, two on the first floor and one on the ground floor. It also has two shower rooms and 3 toilets and sinks one on each floor. (the top floor has the WC)

There is a Lounge and a Kitchen as well as a lovely sunny back garden patio.

There is plenty of room in the back garden of the house to store a bike and there is two parking permits available.

Just off the A4 Thames Valley Park Roundabout. This area has a lot to offer in walking distance. Choose from the Co-Op or Aldi both less than a 10 minute walk, Choose from Palmer Park and Thames Valley Park both within a 5 minute walk, depending on your pace town centre is between a 15 and 20 minute walk. RBH is a 10 minute walk and Reading Uni is also about a 10 to 15 minute walk.

There are plenty of takeaways and convenience stores nearby.

Some of the larger companies that are close by are Oracle, Microsoft, Computercentre and Opentext and the Royal Berkshire Hospital is all just a short walk away. If you love the gym there are plenty nearby the most prestigious of them being the David Lloyd Leisure Centre in Thames Valley Park.
