The all-inclusive rent covers all bills (council tax, TV license, utilities, broadband, etc.) as well as a gardener and weekly cleaner for all the communal areas. A dedicated property manager looks after all queries and maintenance issues. Laundry facilities are also provided for use at really reasonable rates (approx. £2 for a typical wash).

Our fees are much lower than most professional letting services as we don’t use agents: just £30 on moving in and £50 on moving out plus £15 cleaning charge.
