All rooms are currently unfurnished in a beautiful old style Victorian four person house share (it is possible for each room to be furnished if required). The house is situated on a lovely residential street within walking distance to Reading town center, Thames Valley Park and Reading University. The house is perfect for a young male/female professional seeking a quiet, safe and social house. The current tenants all work in and around Reading and are in their 30’s.

The house is finished to a high standard - rooms available are either on the 1st floor, or the 2nd floor.


The house has a big kitchen with dedicated cupboard and fridge space per housemate. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and a washing machine.
There is a large bathroom, a separate toilet and a shared living room. There is a driveway that fits 2 cars as well as road side parking.

Bills are not included in the rental cost and are managed by the housemates. They total approximately £125, bringing total monthly rent/bills to approx £550.

The house is close to local shops and amenities and with great transport links to jct 10 of the M4.
