Situated on Palmer Park Avenue, there is a spacious living arrangement available: two rooms (one single, one double, can be furnished with single beds or not) for one person.
You have access to everything in the house: the garden, kitchen, two bathrooms (one with bath, both with showers), social/TV area. Outside is the lovely park with a gym with its many sports facilities. You are seconds away from the local shops (post office, off-licence, butcher, every take-away you can imagine, two general stores). On Wokingham road you can get to town on the number 17 bus, which only takes about 15 minutes and comes very frequently; there’s also the bus which takes you in the opposite direction – to and in the direction of Bracknell. Even walking to town only takes half an hour or half that time if you go by bike. You also have the advantage of being close to Thames Valley Park, Reading University and able to avoid traffic when visiting beautiful local parts, like Sonning and Henley.

All housemates are professionals, very sociable and friendly, and are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

A few things to make clear: this property is managed by an agency and therefore you will need to undergo some checks (references from previous landlord/s, addresses and current employer) before you can move in; move-in date is every 9th of the month with references carried out beforehand.
