I am a 32 year-old professional currently living in a modern 2 bed apartment in Kennet Island.
I am a minimalist and looking for a similar professional to rent my second bedroom from Monday to Friday.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a working desk. You will have your own bathroom as my room has an en suite facility.
Fibre optic broadband and all bills included except TV licence.
Street parking is available (no additional fee as you will be using my permit).
Living room and kitchen facilities are shared between us.
The location of my flat has easy access to M4 and Green Park. There is also a frequent bus service (15mins) to Reading town.
