Double room to rent on second floor of a centrally-located townhouse, with an additional single room for shared further storage, in a spacious and well-presented home. Room can be either furnished or non-furnished.

Kitchen, dining and living areas are fully furnished, and there is a spacious private rear garden with storage for bikes and a lawn with decking.

The house is on a quiet road, with on-street parking (permit needed), and is a twenty minute walk from Reading town centre and Reading train station. Local amenities, including Tesco Local and Dr's surgery, are a few minutes walk away. A large Morrisons supermarket is also in walking distance. The university campus and sports centre is a 15-minute walk.

The house would suit a female, who would like to share with two other female professionals. It is a very friendly, tidy and comfortable house-share - so feels very much like a home!

The house is let through an agent so a reference check will be required. The landlord lives locally and is happy to be contacted directly with any maintenance issues.

Bills are not included, please allow max �115 pcm (utility bills vary according to time of year). Wireless broadband, phone and TV package including Netflix available though Virgin Media.
