We are James (23), Claire (23) and Sam (23), tidy, sociable, young professionals looking for someone similar to move in.

Looking for a fun and sociable housemate up for nights out on the weekends and chilled nights in front of the TV on week days.

We regularly go to a pub quiz on a Monday night which is always a great laugh. Oh, and we try to spend most evening chatting, depending how exhausted we are after a full day at work.

We are young professionals who take our work very seriously, work hard, play hard and all that jazz. An ideal housemate would be of similar mind who is driven and ambitious.

* SpareRoom is saying there are 2 rooms and 3 house mates (see right hand side info), just to clarify, there are 4 rooms in this house and 3 current house mates.

** Parking is all on road and thus requires a permit if you are a resident. Reading Council only allow two permits per household and we are already using two. However, I believe they will issue a third if we appeal and make a claim that it is necessary. Cost of this permit and gaining one is the responsibility of the new tenant.
