We're looking for a clean and tidy female housemate for a first floor bedroom in a fully-furnished, terraced house in Baker Street, Reading. It is a five-minute walk to the town centre and Oracle shopping centre and a ten to fifteen minute walk to Reading railway station.
The room, at £450 per calendar month, is for single occupancy. Rent includes all bills: council tax, electricity, gas, water, wireless broadband connection and includes a cleaner who cleans the communal areas every fortnight.
The room has a TV point, as does the lounge, providing access to freeview digital TV. The room has a double bed. There is a washing machine.
Shared use of lounge, kitchen, bathroom and shower room and there is a pleasant courtyard garden (maintained by landlord) with secure bicycle parking.
Housemates are young professionals typically aged between 22 and 30. Mix of guys and girls creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Non-smokers only.
One month's deposit required.
Names of referees will be needed.
