The room available is the loft conversion the biggest room The room is £375 plus bills of £80 per month which we sort out ourselves and includes everything. 2 bathrooms recently refurbished large kitchen and lounge with sky/internet and biggish backyard/garden. on street parking by permit. 5 mins from the city centre. Us housemates are young professionals, that like going out socialising watching tv pretty standard.
