Looking for someone to share that is easy going, friendly, considerate and tidy - leaving kitchen, bathroom as found etc.
I would prefer someone that wants a short stay place, but if we hit it off then it could be long term, as I will be moving out eventually.
Kitchen has washer, dryer, microwave etc.
Outside areas include, communal garden with barbecue/ seating area. Plenty of parking. Washing lines in secure private area.
Wi-fi in all areas of flat, sky in the lounge. Rent to include all utility bills. I will provide a tv in the bedroom if required.
I am away a few nights a week so you will have privacy.
