Room comes with parking space.

Facilities include shared lounge with TV, wireless broadband, gas (ch) washing machine use, kitchen and utility facilities. Outside patio table and chairs and garden.(In the shed for winter)

M3, A30 and M4/329m, Frimley Park Hospital, Sandhurst Military Academy, Farnborough are close.

Main station is Sandhurst (2 minutes walk) there is also Blackwater with a short drive to Camberley, Farborough, Aldershot, Farnham, Wokingham and Bracknell.

The room has been recently decorated and comes with brand new single bed, with a trundle bed underneath, allowing it to become a large double bed. Large chest of drawers, wardrobe with shelves.

Furniture can be removed if you want to bring your own.

Looking for a lodger who is available Monday to Friday, however can be flexible with days.

One months rent as in advance.

I am a Special Needs Primary school Teacher, Not in alot in the early evenings, interested in, travel and music and the gym.

I have 2 house bunnies, Binky and Brambles who are very friendly and live in a cage when i am not home, they normally stay in the living room and rarely go upstairs.
