Gorgeous Room in Spacious House

We have a lovely large double room, with walk-in wardrobe, new en suite and new carpets. It's just been decorated and is furnished simply. We live in a lovely quiet road, and we have ample parking, wifi, our own gym and snooker table, and plenty of space for everyone. There are enough reception rooms for everyone to have a place to relax, but we're quite happy to share our space. We are a family, with a 23 year old daughter (who lives in an annexe), 15 year old daughter and 12 year old son, plus Hartley the cat who is 3 (we think) and some fish that may even be as old as 30! We are veterans at having lodgers and have enjoyed having "extras" in the house. We are looking for a female lodger who will appreciate the room (as we think it would be wasted on a boy) and be happy to rub along with us. Students or working folk equally welcome. We are relaxed and easy going, and have a cleaner in once a week. Please get in touch if you think this might be for you.
