- Bright airy double room in attractive detached house with lovely garden in quiet cul-de-sac. Double bed with linen, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, small tv with freeview, mirror and broadband. Bathroom shared with one other. Use of kitchen/dining facilities and washing machine. Sorry - there is no use of the living room. We have a nice garden with two seating areas and a rotating washing line. We are an easy going married couple with a ten year old girl and a soppy, friendly cat and are looking for someone who is easy going, clean/tidy and considerate. We like our own space/privacy and respect that others also like theirs. We are on the Vodafone bus route and are walking distance from Vodafone (15 mins), Quantel (5 mins) and Newbury town centre (25 mins).
