Double Room in Cul De Sac Near Vodafone, Weekdays

Looking for a professional male in their 30s to 40s to rent a double room during the week. I am the only other person living in the house, and would like to find a friendly housemate who doesn't mind a slightly shy cat!

The room is a medium size double room on the back of the house, overlooking the garden and in a very quiet cul de sac (Picture to follow). The room is furnished with a brand new bed, together with wardrobe and bedside including lamp. It is 10 minutes walk from Vodafone HQ and 15 minutes walk from Newbury Town Centre. Off road parking provided.

Gas, electricity, water, and broadband are included as is access to the communal areas of the house. That includes use of TV including Sky, use of kitchen including dishes and utensils, and space in the fridge freezer. Only available during the week, from Sunday night to Friday at most. Any council tax charges would be extra, but shouldn't apply if this isn't your primary residence.

3 to 6 month trial with potential to extend if suitable. Visitors only by prior arrangement. An employers or previous landlord's reference would be required. Housemate duties might include watering plants and feeding the cat from time to time!
