ONLY Seeking Monday – Friday person Available from 5 February 2018 Bedding provided, would suit a single working professional looking for a very clean place to stay during their working week.

I am a very clean and tidy professional lady. My flat is around new build 10 years old located a few miles from M4 junction 11, and walking distance to bus stops and main routes into Reading town centre. This first floor flat is fully furnished with wooden laminated flooring in the hallway and lounge. It comes with all modern amenities including fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge etc., There is also a balcony off the lounge and access to the private communal gardens and parking on the development. I am looking to rent my spare double room which comes with bathroom / shower. The bedroom includes a study desk, TV, wardrobe with build in chest of draws. The rent includes utility bills, water / electric and WI-FI reasonable use of broadband (excludes use of landline). The area is safe and has great pubs in close proximity.
