Great location in Reading with easy access to M4 J11 motorway and town centre and is the perfect location for someone working at Foster Wheeler (only a 4 minute walk), Green Park, Reading International or Warton Grange business parks which are less than 5 minutes away or Thames Valley Park which is only 10-15 mins away, Reading University and hospital 10 min on bus.

Regular bus service less than 1 minute from the front door past university and Hospital and into Reading town centre/train station (buses run every 20 min and takes 30 min to train station). Easy to get to train station for commute in London.

Secure parking space for occupier and any visitors

Rent is £675 per month and including all bills comes to £800 per month all inclusive (even including gas and electricity too!)with absolutely nothing else to think about.

Owned and managed and by private landlord. Tenant doesn't have to pay any ridiculous agency fees, inventory fees etc, background check fees etc. All that is required is to pay the rent on time and look after the apartment. A £750 security deposit will be required

For a weekly only rental the price is £400 (single or two person occupancy is the same price), security deposit - £250

For daily rental the price is £65/day (single or double person occupancy is the same price), Security deposit - £250

A security deposit will be required and will depend on the chosen rental basis
