A large Furnished Room with Double Bed for a Single person is available in a licensed HMO shared house. The house consists of 7 rooms on 3 floors with toilet and bathroom/shower on each floor.

There is a very large shared kitchen with plenty of storage cupboards and room assigned fridge.

The house is only 1 mins walk from the Slough High Street and 5 mins walk from the Bus and Rail Station.

Non Smoking professional working persons.

£430 per calendar month per single person.
Only Working Professionals will be considered.

Gas, Elec, Water and Council tax bills are included in the rent. High Speed 150Mbps Fibre Optic wi-Fi Broadband available. TV/Satellite/Telephone socket points in every room.

TV Licence, Telephone Line SKy/Cable TV subscriptions are NOT included in the rent.

When you decide to reserve the room. Initial Holding Deposit £100 is required to reserve the room and this will become part of the first month's rent.

Everyone is responsible for keeping clean and tidy all the common areas after use, Kitchen, Toilets, Shower/Bathrooms, Hall and Landings. There is a 7 days Cleaning Rota Schedule every 7th week for each room. (If you think other people should clean your mess then this is NOT for you and please do not contact)

There are two resident car parking permits per house. Parking permit is not available for the room.
