Large Furnished Double Room To Let

This rear aspect double room is approximately 4m by 4m with laminate floor and currently furnished with a double bed, TV unit, HD Cable TV, DVD Player, Wardrobe, Desk and Chair(additional/alternative furnishings TBC). Wireless N broadband available for use. Shared access to house and use of facilities (Dishwasher, Microwave, etc).

I am a work-at-home IT Professional with two indoor only cats looking for a pet friendly lodger. The cats' main room is currently the living room but they generally follow me around the house.

Although there is no allocated parking my visitors and previous lodger do not normally have trouble finding a place to park near by. Plenty of space to keep a bicycle and room in garden for off road storage of a motorbike or moped.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house at any time but smokers would be considered. No DSS.

If short term let, then rates can be discussed. 5days a week preferred (bills included), but if full-time then bill contributions negotiated.
