Large double room in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Slough.

The room comes with a large double bed
and a large three door wardrobe.

The flat comes with all modern furnishing and is equipped with dishwasher (makes life easier!!), washing machine, Sky Wi-Fi, 40" HD tv, Apple tv, Netflix and more, Altec Lansing Music system, Keyless entry to the building, lifts etc. The building has got an A rating for energy. Its on the 5th floor and has a balcony with a great view especially on a nice sunny day.

The property is right outside the train station so perfect for anyone who needs to go into London, Windsor, Reading or elsewhere for work every morning. Its also a 5 min walk to the main bus stop which pretty much connects all of the neighbouring areas to Slough. Tesco and local shops including spar are just a 2-5 min walk from the flat as well. I get a Tesco delivery atleast once a month with everything for the house toilet rolls etc. Spar delivers stuff home too for a minimum order of £20 if you are feeling lazy ;)

I get a cleaner to come in every fortnight to clean the entire house including doing the laundry (only bedding). That would be an additional £66 per month split between the two of us if you want to continue using that service. If not I am happy to scale it down or end it and have mega clean Sunday. It will be your home too so we can discuss these things :)

Looking for someone who is easy going and likes to chill out when home. as long as you are not someone who is always locked up in your room I am open to meeting anyone :) Its a good opportunity to make new friends. Somking is cool but only in the balcony and not inside the house.

About me: I am easy going and love socialising. I love to travel and be out with friends or hit the gym in the evenings. I love cooking too and with my previous flat mate we used to take turns to cook (one cooks, other cleans), worked pretty well for us.
