I have a large double room (3. 6m x 3. 3m) available from Monday 12 January in my very spacious modern house for a Monday - Friday let, just 5 minutes from M4 J11, 6/7 minutes from Green Park Business Park and 10 minutes from the centre of Reading (driving past the University).

Whilst Spencers Wood is a quiet village, there is a pub, post office and corner shop. Very vibrant Reading is just 10 minutes drive away (bus stop just around the corner) with loads of shops, bars, restaurants & a great music scene. Or, in the other direction, about 15 minutes drive away, is the lovely market town of Wokingham which has some great restaurants & bars. Reading station has quick trains up to Paddington & Wokingham station a slower train up to Waterloo stopping at Twickenham, Richmond & Clapham Junction on the way. Spencers Wood is also easy distance (about 25 minutes) from Basingstoke & the M3.

The room is furnished with a single bed, double sofa bed, chest of drawers & large built in cupboards. There is use of a sunny garden with a patio (overlooking a field of horses), very comfortable living room and garden room & a very large kitchen. There is plenty of parking in front of the house. All bills are included - wireless broadband, gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence.

I am looking to find someone to share my house with me during the week - someone who is professional, considerate, good company, clean & tidy, non-smoker, who likes cats - I have just one! He is very friendly! I am pretty easy going, very young minded & I lead a very busy life - both work & social. I love travelling, keeping fit, socialising, dancing & singing. I have had lots of lodgers in the past (English, German, French ....), one who stayed for 4 years!
