NOTE: The room is available from January 28TH 2014. Although I would prefer a Mon-Fri rental, for the right person I will consider a 7 day rental.
For Short term rental (1 week to 3 months)would consider at slightly higher cost to cover expenses - £150/wk.
Lovely double room to let in cosy cottage. Fully furnished has a double bed. This is a home from home. Easy going relaxed atmosphere. Share kitchen, bathroom, downstairs cloaks. Use of living room with TV and dining room, includes wi-fi broadband access.
Parking space available.
Includes all bills except telephone. Home currently occupied by owner and 1 male postdoctorate tenant from Germany. Would like to share with easy going, considerate person.
COMMUTING
The house is a 15 min walk to Sunningdale Station (45 min train journey to Waterloo, 35min train journey to Reading). Heathrow T5 = 15 min drive when not in rush hour.
HOUSEMATES
I am frequently away so there is generally a total of 1 or 2 people in the house at any time.
