Short Term/ Temporary Let

Double room with ensuite toilet available to rent on a short to mid term basis (minimum two weeks, maximum 3 months).

The room has a wardrobe, drawers and a large, very comfy double bed. There is an ensuite toilet and shower. Kitchen has all the usual appliances and you are welcome to cook in the evenings. I also have a wee garden which again you are welcome to use.

The house is a 5 minute walk to Sunningdale High Street and the train station which has direct lines into London Waterloo and Reading. Therefore ideal for someone working and wanting to commute to those areas.

I am a woman in my 60s looking to make a bit of extra income from my spare room. I have a busy day to day life however I tend to be in most evenings and while I am very friendly and love a chat, my evenings are my down time so I will keep to myself most evening.

I should add that I have three little dogs - all very well behaved and only allowed downstairs.

I would ask that no guests are brought back to the house without my permission.

I ask for a months rent upfront and a deposit. If you are interested please let me know.
