A lovely, spacious and very well situated victorian cottage which is a two minute walk from Sunninghill High Street. Beautiful garden. Very quiet. Convenient for local towns and for London. Very happy to let to Olympic visitors, or visiting academics for the coming summer. There are two double bedrooms and two single (although one of the singles contains a small double bed). Furniture included and full kitchen facilities. Furniture is antique, shabby chic - restored brass bedsteads and antique pine kitchen. Off street parking for two cars. A contribution to bills (internet, landline, gas/electricity, council tax and water) of £50 per month is required. Grass will need to be cut. A polite pet will be considered. Ideal for a family visiting the UK for the summer.

Please note: I am not renting out room by room but on a whole property basis. Security deposit will be £1000. And the house will go only to non-smokers, and responsible occupants who will look after the house.
