A double room is available on 20th July in this clean and tidy 3 bed town house.

Currently only myself and one other professional female living here. I live on top floor which has own bathroom so there is a large family bathroom to share with one other female. Both of us are very clean and considerate and rarely have visitors. Also we can both be away every other weekend so whilst we are around during the week there's also a lot of time you'd have the place to yourself.

The rest of the house (downstairs) is for sharing. A large lounge with french doors out to a private garden with bbq and seating area, dining table, sofas and smart 3D TV with Sky and broadband. In your bedroom there's also a TV with sky multiroom. Kitchen is small and functional, very clean with all mods and cons.

The property is in an excellent location whether you have a car or not. Those with a car will find free parking in front of the property. A few minutes drive from centre of slough and Maidenhead and also the M4. There's a large Sainsburies supermarket next door (2mins walk) which is handy, along with a Starbucks, with restaurants and further shops a few mins walk away. Bus stop opposite house which goes to Maidenhead, Slough and Heathrow (#75) Also 5mins walk to Taplow train station which goes to London Paddington every 30mins.

We're looking for someone clean & considerate to others and someone who is friendly and likes to chat every now and again, watch a movie, share a glass of vino but equally likes own space and respects others need for own space. We both work full time jobs.

Other things to consider. General tidy and cleaning is shared between the 3 of us, however I do have a cleaner who attends twice a month to do a more general clean. Would be a bonus if there was someone who enjoyed gardening as its in desperate need for more tlc!

The room itself is fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, drawers, shelves, mirror and TV; at the front of property with view to the main bath road.

The room is on offer for £650 - £680 per calendar month.
