Also, within walking distance of West Reading train station. Can be easily accessed from J11 and J12 off the M4.

Would suit a professional person, with an easy-going, fun personality. Ideally somebody who has their own interests/hobbies. Not a 'party' household.

Also, an animal lover at heart. Must also have respect for the other household members and be clean :-) (keep a tidy home) Easy-going household and like the usual 'banter'! Keen gym-goers, so may suit somebody who enjoys the same interests in keeping fit?!

One other point - all early risers during the working week so may not suit a 'light-sleeper'?

All bills inclusive (exc phone) and wireless Broadband available. Parking - not a problem.
